As a member of FreedomWorks, I oppose government-run health care and the trillions of dollars in new taxes that would have to be taken from the people to pay for the legislation. I also oppose employer and individual mandates, which force citizens and businesses into making decisions based on what the state wants, and not what makes the most sense for the individual or the small businessman.
Instead of crowding out the private insurers through a subsidized government option, Congress should vote for market-based reforms like allowing citizens of all states to purchase health insurance across state lines.
I hope that you will vote against any government-run health care legislation, and the trillions of dollars in taxes that go with it.
I am counting on you to represent me and my family. | |

My name is Andrew Ellis and made 53-year-old disabled man very conservative have a short left arm from birth and epilepsy and I am also dyslexic and over the years I've learned not to trust government to meet my needs. You created the ADA law which made it open for anybody to be disabled and has been the most used law for lawsuits and made it harder for people with disabilities to become employed because we now are liabilities to businesses you did not make the ADA law business friendly, and nor should I trust you with running a government health care especially when it comes to helping physically disabled people, the men and women coming back from the war that need to get readjusted to everything they went through and also the health care they need and wants a government plan it never goes back just gets bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger so there's no reason for me to trust you so please leave us alone if you want to make government health care less expensive give us more choices that we can buy health care from any state in the union.

GOVERMENT HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE HEALTH CARE BUSINESS. THIS IS JUST A POWER GRAB AS IS CAP & TRADE AND THE BANKING BILL. IF GOVERMENT IS INVOLVED, WE ALREADY KNOW THE COST WILL BE HIGH AND THE BENIFITS WILL BE FEW !

The majority of this country does not want any government health insurance. Obama has created a mess and it should be reversed.
